Cost Manager Daily provides email alerts that enable you to act quickly to reduce costs and provides bill transparency that enables you to manage your budget proactively. Cost Manager Daily will give you the ability to avoid bill shock by viewing your account balance before you receive your monthly invoice and the ability to reduce risk when piloting new services as you can understand and monitor the impact daily during the trial.
Cost Manager Mobile provides split billing that automates the allocation of personal usage to reduce business costs. BYO mobile enables your people to carry a single mobile device for personal and business use while taking advantage of your corporate rates. Cost Manager Mobile also provide visibility and control of your mobile services, including device make and model, and connections with the ability to manage your mobile accounts and devices online to reduce your administrative support costs.
Also coming in April, is the added security benefit of having all of your records held locally in New Zealand on Gen-i’s ReadyCloud Server. Many other providers have their data held off shore while Gen-i utilises its carrier grade, locally based data centres.
