1. Terms and Conditions 1.1 These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website.  Your use of this website will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree to these terms you are not authorised to access this website.
2. No contract 2.1 Gen-i provides the estimator to assist you to make better decisions about how to manage your IT infrastructure however the information contained on this website is provided for general information only. Under no circumstances does the information provided through this website constitute an offer by Gen-i to provide services capable of acceptance by you.
3. Disclaimer 3.1 While Gen-i endeavours to ensure the information on this website is accurate and correct at the time of publishing, neither Gen-i or any of its employees make any express or implied representations or give any warranties regarding the material or facilities contained or referred to in this website.  You are solely responsible for your use of any information provided through this website.  Gen-i accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind resulting from your use of this website in any way.  You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this website.

7. Change to Terms and Conditions 7.1 Gen-i reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the website at any time. Changes will take effect from the time the changes are updated online. Other than making the revised terms and conditions available online Gen-i shall be under no obligation to notify the Customer of any changes.
8. General 8.1 All amounts on this website are expressed to be in NZ dollars exclusive of GST.
8.2 This Agreement will constitute the entire agreement between the parties for the use of this website and supersedes all prior written and oral proposals, agreements and communications between the parties.
8.3 If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue to apply.
8.4 The Customer confirms that the use of the website is for the purposes of a business and, accordingly, consumer guarantees law does not apply.
8.5 This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
