Rowan is General Manager Human Resources at Gen-i, responsible for ensuring the organisation makes best use of its finest asset – its people.  The Gen-i HR team manages all strategic and operational HR activities and is focused on building a great place for people to work and be engaged.

Rowan came to Gen-i in April 2008 from Vodafone New Zealand where he was General Manager, Human Resources. 

His experience includes senior human resources positions in different industries and large corporations such as the Vodafone, Bank of New Zealand, National Australia Bank, British American Tobacco NZ.

Rowan has a Masters of Management Studies from the University of Waikato and is a Fellow of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand.
