Shane is General Manager, Financial & Commercial, at Gen-i, responsible for a team of eighty people in New Zealand and Australia who provide an array of services from financial planning and commercial support for customer deals to management accounting and revenue assurance.

Shane came to Gen-i from Telecom, where he held several roles including Telecom’s General Manager Business Finance & Commercial from 2006. Other roles included head of Telecom’s commercial team and, before that, a Commercial Manager for Telecom Mobile.

Shane has worked for KPMG Peat Marwick, EMI Records, New Zealand Casing Company and TransAlta.

Shane is a Chartered accountant with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours).
