What do we need to comply with?
You could be subject to a number of regulations depending on what sort of entity you are. If you are a government organisation, then The Public Records Act applies. If you are a US owned company or you deal with US companies, then you will need to meet your obligations under the Electronic Records Act and potentially various US legislation such as Sarbanes Oxley.

What is ILM?
Information Lifecycle Management.  ILM is about using profiling and classification to better understand the value of your data and therefore build “best-fit” storage solutions.

Is Disaster Recovery expensive?
It depends entirely on business requirements and how much data loss and downtime you can afford. 

What is RPO and RTO – and why are they relevant?
Recovery Point Objective (RPO) looks at how much data you can afford to lose. Recovery Time Objective (RTO) considers how much downtime you can afford. In either case, the lower the figures, the higher the cost.
