Gen-i’s TollFree Self Manage solution is integrated with Telecom New Zealand’s Intelligent Network (IN), this integration enables you to effectively manage all inbound TollFree calls via a Graphical Web based interface.
This allows you to make decisions where the calls are to go, before they are delivered to a Contact Centre site by modification of the call scripts.
The call scripts are visual by design and allow you to easily understand how your customer calls are routed to your contact centre/s or appropriate answering resources.
