The use of the LogMeIn application is subject to the following terms and conditions and any End User Licence Agreement for the LogMeIn application. By installing the LogMeIn application you authorise Gen-i to:
Your authorisation as above is repeated every time you request Gen-i to remotely access your phone.
You are solely responsible for protecting and backing up all data and information stored on your phone. Gen-i accepts no responsibility for any data loss arising as a result of the use of the LogMeIn application. It is recommended that you close, save and backup any private and confidential files before the remote connection is established.
You will at all times comply with all terms of your Gen-i Business Agreement and the LogMeIn End User Licence agreement. The LogMeIn application can be used by other third parties to provide remote assistance. Where you authorise a third party to access your phone using the LogMeIn application you agree that Gen-i will not be liable for any actions of that third party.
Gen-i’s provision of remote assistance through the LogMeIn application is provided on a "reasonable endeavours" basis and a successful resolution cannot be guaranteed.
Gen-i will provide this service with reasonable care and skill, however you agree that, to the extent permitted by law, Gen-i is not liable for any problems that may arise while the consultant is remotely accessing your phone, including lost data or information, accidental deletion or corruption of data, and damage to software or hardware.
Retention of the LogMeIn application on your phone is at your sole risk. Any passwords or other access codes relating to the LogMeIn application should be securely stored on a device unrelated to your phone. Gen-i accepts no liability for any unauthorised access of your phone should the LogMeIn application be retained after Gen-i has terminated the remote connection.
