What levels of spam blocking and ‘false-positives’ will we see?
SecureMail blocks all known spam and nearly all potential spam. Multiple spam mechanisms are used to ensure you get the lowest volume of spam, false-positives and false-negatives. For example, we aim for no more one in 1,000,000 emails to be false-positive (legitimate messages mistakenly marked as spam). Quarantines, whitelists, self and end user release are amongst the extensive list of features you can use to assist you to effectively manage your spam.

Can you guarantee that no viruses will get through?
While SecureMail blocks 100% of known viruses, unknown viruses will always be a concern (as they are with all email filtering systems).

However, we can assure you that we use a well known and highly respected anti-virus provider, selected for its integrated, worldwide laboratory network. Each lab is capable of detecting, analysing and publishing protection against the full range of security threats, which means we can update your system’s protection within seconds. We also access information on threats from a broad base of other data sources and are able to provide zero day protection for new threats where signatures are not yet available.

Do you offer different packages?
