Do you offer different packages?
We offer three packages designed to fit a wide variety of business requirements: Basic, Plus and Premium. For more information, talk to your Gen-i client manager.

Can we add our own categories, as well as choose the email and website addresses to which we’ll allow or block access?
You can do this and more with the ‘self-service portal’ available through our Premium SecureWeb service.

Will users need to enter usernames and passwords to access the Internet?
This depends on the SecureWeb package you choose. It’s usually not necessary unless you want to have it as a feature.

Can you guarantee that no viruses will get through?
SecureWeb blocks 100% of known viruses, as well as blocking known risky web sites. Unknown viruses will always be a concern, so we apply best practices to protect against zero day threats and anything suspicious.

We use a well known and highly respected anti-virus provider, selected for its integrated, worldwide laboratory network. Each lab is capable of detecting, analysing and publishing protection against the full range of security threats, which means we can update your system’s protection within minutes. We also access information on threats from a broad base of other data sources.
